- Tenders are invited for Appointment of a Service Provider for construction of Mtubatuba Sports Complex, Ward 04 The procedure for evaluation of responsive tender offers will be Method 1: Financial Offer and Preference. Quality (functionality) will be used as prequalifying criteria, with tenderers required to meet a minimum quality score of as stipulated on the tender data. Mtubatuba Municipality will evaluate Tenders on the 80/20 system for requirements with a Rand value up to R50 000 000 (all applicable taxes included) as per Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 for Claiming Specific Goals. 20 Points Preference for Specific Goals will be Allocated to Race (African) and the Verification Document on the Allocation will be the Certified Copy of Company Document (CIPC) Together with CSD Document
