- Expression of Interest are invited for Distribution Network / Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG) - Agent Acquisition and Management Firm. IFC and MTN South Africa seek to recruit a Mobile Money Agent Acquisition, Training and Management firm for a period of 10 months from the kick-off meeting to effectively: 1. Identify, recruit, enroll, train, and supervise new MoMo agents; 2. Reactivate dormant MoMo agents and give support; 3. Increase transactional activity for agents and increase awareness of the value-add services like merchant payments and savings; 4. Provide ongoing training and support to Trade Development Representatives (TDR, who are the point of contact for agents) and agents; 5. Provide market insights that will help MoMo penetration and increase product adaptation.
