Appointment of a Proffessional Service Provider to Conduct Technical Feasibility Studies for Bulk Electricty Infrastucture Supply at Fetakgomo-Tubatse Special Economic Zone 4.1 Develop the distribution and reticulation networks based on the completed Township Establishment layout plans. 4.2 Develop a 15 to 20 years geographical load forecast, based on structure plans, potential customer base and load characteristics. 4.3 Analyse the existing and proposed distribution networks. 4.4 Develop medium to long-term Costing and financial management model 4.5 Develop the associated network strengthening and improvement programs and provide an associated capital plan (CAPEX) 4.6 Compile 20 years Energy Mix projection plan 4.7 Propose the necessary billing software options with associated training requirements 4.8 Develop an emergency management system to ensure optimal power supply 4.9 Develop Conceptual designs of the internal distribution network 4.10 Identify the servitude and land ownership 4.11 Develop a phased approach model of the distribution system
