Description:
Tenders are invited for Appointment of a Service Provider for Landfills Site Management. Bid documents must be deposited in the tender box marked “LANDFILL SITE MANAGEMENT” located at the reception area at Adam Kok III Building, 75 Hope Street, Kokstad not later than 22 August 2022 at 12h00. Bidders must attach the following mandatory returnable documents to be considered for this bid and must note the applicable conditions: • Printed copy tax by a pin for further verification. • Certified ID(s) copies of company director(s) • Proof of company registration, • Copy of current municipal account for all Director/s and Company (not older than 3 months) or copy of lease agreement from the relevant authority. If the business is operated from the residence of one of the Director/s, an original affidavit, certified, must be submitted stating the address of the premises preferably from your local SAPS office. • Completed and signed Municipal Bidding Document attached in the tender document. • Proof of registration Central Supplier database.
