Description:
Primary Objectives* Provide accredited NQF Level 4 and 5 training in Child and Youth Care Work to individual programme implementers.* Align the training with SACSSP requirements to enable participants to register as professional Child and Youth Care Workers.* Strengthen service delivery of the RisihaProgramme by building the capacity of frontline workers.The service provider will:1. Deliver a fully accredited NQF Level 4 and 5 Child and Youth Care Worker training programme, meeting national standards and SACSSP requirements.2. Incorporate in-service training components, allowing participants tointegrate theoretical knowledge with practical field experience.3. Facilitate the registration of trainees with SACSSP upon successful completion of the programme.4. Provide ongoing support to participants throughout the training period.5. Submit progress and final reports to UNICEF and the Departmentof Social Development.
