Description:
Quotation are invited for Construction of Steel Rope Access Gate Control at Bergvliet Plantation Preliminary and general item sum (Defined works area, Inspection of site, Existing premises occupied, Protection of existing services, Security of works and equipment, management of works, Program for the works, Labour and plant, Telecommunications, insurances and all other overheads). Supplementary Preambles H - Beams side by side of the road. Holes for the H - Beams poles shall 600mm deep and 450mm diameter Steel H - beam shall be 6mm thick and 150mm x 150mm with a 15mm slot to insert the cable. Over the 15mm slot, an 80mm diameter by 150mm long steel pipe to be welded The H- beam shall be 1200mm above ground level and shall be painted stripes of black and yellow - enamel paint H - beam poles to be inserted in 25mpa cast insitu concrete vibrated and neatly finished on top. The cable - 6m from H Beam to H - Beam across the road The cable shall be 13mm diameter galvenised steel wire rope C/W 60mm thimble Eye and a 3.25 T D - shackle crimped on one end - with a Ferrule. And a 70mm soft Eye crimped on the other end - with a Ferrule using a Mechanical Crimping machine. A steel board 250mm long and 250mm wide to be hung on the cable written SAFCOL - No Entry, 2 Supply all resources and access control steel rope gate as specified complete and painted. set 3 Supply locks for each gate.
