- In response to operational demands and efficiency challenges, the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) launched a comprehensive digital transformation project in 2023. The goal was to digitize all core functions through the acquisition or development of specialised application systems to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making and improve stakeholder engagement. Phase 1 of this initiative has been completed. However, additional functionality is still required to fully realize the project-s goals of digitization, operational control, and modernization. This tender is to procure consulting services for the provision of software development, support and maintenance services to further SAHPRA-s digital transformation.
