Description:
The objective of this assignment is to co-create and gamify a localised digital training tool that will effectively train RCL members in South African schools in governance, leadership, and their roles within the school community. The tool should leverage proven gamification techniques, gamified social programmes (e.g. on Gender Based Violence prevention, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights orientation, Violence, etc.) based on and established principles of gender sensitive digital development to ensure sustained engagement, motivation, and practicallearning outcomes to enhance leadership competencies.The overall goal is to apply innovative learning approaches to strengthen DBE's system of learning and support for RCL members to play an effective role in school governance.
