Description:
Tenders are invited for Development of Standard Design Guidelines for Department of Correctional Services. Bid No: H22/003 Al Functionality Criteria will be applicable as follows: 1. Service Provider should indicate the allocated Project Leader-s experience in work of similar nature and scope, Project Leader shall be in the full time employ of the service provider =20%. 2. Project Team must have at least one (1) member that has a Bachelor qualification in Architecture and minimum of 10 years- experience and professional registration with the relevant council =20%. 3. Proven experience of completed projects of similar scale and nature (Development and assembly of existing policies, guidelines and Generic building design guidelines) =20%. 4. Demonstration that the client will derive better value for money by contracting with the tenderer in providing New and innovative knowledge in terms of international benchmarking; Methodology to transfer knowledge to NDPWI team; Use of BIM technology; Demonstration of project appropriateness to public infrastructure; Quality of proposal presentation =10%. 5. Demonstrate the approach/methodology to follow with this project by providing information on Approach/methodology for this project; Approach to quality control; Approach to project management; Approach to team communication; Quality of project comprehension demonstrated in proposal =30%.
