Expression of Interest are invited for Development of a Strategy for Renewable Energy Accounting, Pricing, and Trading for the City of Cape Town (Coct) Assignment Description IFC is seeking a consulting firm to support the City of Cape Town (CoCT) in the development of a renewable energy accounting, pricing, trading and promotion approach. For the assignment, it will be critical to undertake a review of such experiences by municipalities and utilities in other markets, including those in North America, Europe and other regions to identify good practices. The specific objectives are to develop a strategy and roadmap for accounting, pricing and trading of the additional benefits associated with electricity generated from renewable sources and promotion of such a framework.
