Description:
Quotation are invited for Electronic Communication System for Marketing and Communication Service Provider with Experience in Electronic Communication Systems and Data Protection Management. The scope of work is to source and appoint a suitable Service Provider to support the CME team in delivering engaging, measurable and impactful stakeholder communication. The service provider will be responsible for providing a system that provides a content platform as well as all the functionality required to operate as an independent (stand-alone) communication system as per the details provided in the scope for three years to allow for long-term trends tracking and data clean-up. The scope of work is to provide the necessary skills, tools and services to deliver the following: 4.1 Electronic Communication System 4.1.1 Provide an electronic communication system that provides a content platform as wellas all the functionality required as defined in this Terms of Reference. 4.1.2 The solution must empower the CME to build well designed and great looking emails. 4.1.3 Provide a secure platform with information security, cybersecurity and data protection management capabilities. 4.1.4 Provide a solution with capability to integrate to other Third-Party systems used byDBSA such Microsoft Office 365 (including Exchange Online) and Microsoft Azure
