Tenders are invited for Hire of Office Accommodation for the Department of Community Safety and Liaison, Richardsbay/ Empangeni: Procurement of Suitable Office of the Extent of 242 m2 (plus 20%-25% (60.5m2) Non- Assignable Space) Totaling to 302.5 m2 , plus 12 Secure Parking Bays( 04 Lock up, 05 Undercover, 02 Open Bays and 01 Disabilities), with an Option to Extend for a Period not Exceeding 04 Years and 11 Months. Collection of bid document : The bid document can be downloaded from e-Tender Portal at no cost.
