ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The Greater Kruger Landscape requires innovative financing approaches in order to be managed sustainably over indefinite time period. SANParks, the landscape managers of the area - intend to enhance the state of biodiversity, nature and carbon while also ensuring upliftment of communities and residents. The objective of this assignment is to provide a pathway for the Greater Kruger landscape to address funding requirements needed to achieve a nature-positive landscape condition in Greater Kruger, taking into account a continuum of market-based and impact-based investment approaches, identifying bankable nature-positive investment opportunities for IFC and other types of investor.
