Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Obtaining Information on Available Enterprise Multi-Factor Authentication MFA Solutions. As one of its goals, the Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) has created a multi-factor authentication (MFA) strategy to assist the University in improving password management for staff, students, and affiliates. An enterprise MFA solution is required as part of the first phase of deploying the MFA strategy across a variety of enterprise systems. This MFA solution must meet a number of key requirements in order to realize the full value of the MFA strategy, and the need for a market scan via a request for proposal (RFP) tender process was agreed upon in obtaining information on available enterprise MFA solutions. Primary goal: To assess current MFA solutions available to enterprises and to select the best-for-fit, based on the requirements detailed in this RFP, for a possible pilot implementation of the solution during 2023. All proposals received will be evaluated by the tender evaluation committee. Submitting a proposal does not entitle tenderers the right to request feedback from the tender evaluation committee or the Procurement Office.
