Description:
Tenders are invited for Operation, Management of Lenting Landfill Site and Hiring of Waste Collection Plant for a Period of 12 Months The completed Bid document, fully priced and signed must be sealed in an envelope marked “BID number” should be deposited in the tender box at the Lepelle-Nkumpi Municipality Civic Centre, Lebowakgomo, not later than 11:00 on 15 APRIL 2024. The municipality will not take responsibility for lost documents due to poor packaging. The Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality is not compelled to accept the lowest or any bid. No late, faxed or telephonic bids will be accepted. The Council also reserves the right to negotiate further conditions and requirements with the successful bidder. The Municipality shall adjudicate and award bids in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 5/2000 and its amended regulations, 80/20 point system where 80 points are for price and 20 points for special goals and 100 Points Functionality, and prospective bidders must accept that the bid price will be adjudicated, according to the said legislation. Bids will remain valid for 90 (Ninety) days.
