More Details : Zululand District Municipality is hereby inviting a Panel of qualifying Environmental consulting service providers to render Professional Environmental Management services for the period of 3 years. The proposal will be evaluated in terms of the functionality and 80/20 preferential procurement system. Tender documents must be downloaded on the municipal website: www.zululand.org.za from 20 July 2021. Documents to be submitted with the Proposal: Original, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Tax reference number • Request reference number and PIN obtained from SARS • National Treasury Central Supplier Database Compliance Information (CSD), containing registration confirmation status of National Treasury with MAAA” supplier reference number • Company registration certificates • Municipal rates and taxes statement of account not older than three months or proof of residence with SAPS affidavit if the bidder is operating in rural areas • Directors certified copies of Identity Document • Certified copy of qualifications not older than 3 months • CVs of key personnel • MBD forms • Failing to submit B-BBEE Verification Certificate from a Verification Agency accredited by the South African Accreditation System (SANAS) or Sworn Affidavit the bidder will forfeit the applicable preferential points.
