Description:
Tenders are invited for Panel of service providers for preparation of annual financial statements for Mopani District Municipality for a period of 36 months. Tender document fee and document availability: R1,500.00 Documents will be available from 15 February 2023 Specifications and other conditions are detailed in the bid documents. Bid documents are obtainable at the Mopani district municipality, Government Buildings, Main Road, Giyani during office hours (08h00-16h30). A Non-Refundable fee of R1,500.00 should be deposited to Mopani District Municipality FNB bank account no 62854372093 per document. Proof of payment should be produced upon collection (Only ATM/cash deposits will be accepted). No Cash will be accepted at the office. NO LATE / TELEPHONIC / FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Mopani District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid or any bid, reserves the right to appoint/cancel or accept whole or part of a bid or negotiate further conditions.
