More Details : There will be no tender briefing. Tender documents will also not be sold but will be available for download on www.zululand.org.za from 09 September 2021. Supply Chain Management enquiries must be directed to: Mr K. Thusi, SCM Manager, on tel: (035) 874 5557 during office hours. Closing Date: Thursday, 23 September 2021, at 12H00 These tenders will be evaluated on responsiveness and functionality. Any tenderer who scores less than 70 points for eligibility will have their submission declared non-responsive. Failing to attach compliance documents including but not limited to Tax PIN, BBBEE, CSD report and all signed declarations forms will result to disqualification or will render document incomplete. This tender will be evaluated on the 80/20 Preferential Point System. Applicable Local content threshold is from 80% to 100% depending on the items. Duly completed tender documents sealed in an envelope marked with the TENDER NUMBER AND THE CLOSING DATE, are to be deposited into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality, Lot B-400 UGagane Street, Ulundi, 3838 by no later than 12h00 on the closing date where they will be opened in public.
