Tenders are invited for Procurement of Alternative Office Accommodation for Department of Employment and Labour (Labour Centre) Comprising of 1 289,80m² and 36 Parking Bays for a Period of 9 Years and 11 Months in Mamelodi Province: Gauteng Closing Date: Tuesday, 30 November 2021 - 11:00 Place where goods, works or services are required: 256 C/O Bosman and Madiba Street - Pretoria Central - Pretoria - 0001 Special Conditions: NB: -All bidders should register with the (CSD) Central Supplier Database . -Functionality criteria attached is for leasing an existing building and or for construction of a new building. Functionality Criteria :For Construction will be applicable as follows:Land Size Requirements 30%, Accessibility 30% Bank Rating 10% and Suitability 30%. Functionality Criteria:For Existing will be applicable as follows:Parking 30%, Accessibility 30% Grading 10% and Suitability 30%. -The offer must should be submitted as per the bid questionnaire which forms part of the bid documents.
