Request for proposals are invited for Provide Media Services for Speaker's Office BID DOCUMENT FEE: R100 Non-Refundable Only bidders that have purchased the bid document from ELM will be considered for evaluation The bidder must comply with all terms, conditions and requirements as stipulated in the tender document.  Central Supplier Database (CSD) report must be submitted.  Submit a Valid tax pin number issued by South African Revenue Services (SARS) for validation of tax matters of the bidder.  Proof indicating that your Municipal rates & taxes account is not in arrears for more than three months. If you are leasing, the lease agreement must be submitted together with director/s municipal account which are not in arrears for more than three 3 months Evaluation and adjudication of bid: bids will be evaluated and adjudicated in terms of Emfuleni Local Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy and Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No 5 of 2000. The 80/20 preferential procurement points system as outlined in the bid document will apply GENERAL CONDITIONS 1.1 The following preference point systems are applicable to all bids: - the 80/20 system for requirements with a Rand value of up to R50 000 000 (all applicable taxes included); and - the 90/10 system for requirements with a Rand value above R50 000 000 (all applicable taxes included). 1.2 The value of this price quotations with a Rand value equal to, or above R50 000 and up to R300 000.00 Vat Inclusive (all applicable taxes included) and therefore the 80/20 system shall be applicable. 1.3 Preference points for this bid shall be awarded for: (a) Price; and (b) Specific Goals
