Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Financial Management and Grap Support Services for the Period of Three Years to Edm and its Local Municipalities Ehlanzeni District Municipality Hereby Invites Prospective Bidders for the above-Mentioned Tenders for the only Bidders Who have Provided the following Mandatory Information and Documents to be Used to Evaluate the Bidder's Responsiveness will be Considered for Further Evaluation on Functionality: • Central Supplier Database (Csd) Registration Report • Valid Sars Pin • Certified Copies of Company Registration Documents from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (Cipc) and Bidders must Attach Certified Copies of Shareholder-s Certificates Where Applicable. • Certified Copies of Identity Documents of Company Directors • Joint Venture or Consortium Agreement if Applicable • Fully Completed Tender Document as Issued and Signed • Certified Copy or Copies of Municipal Account/s not Older than Three Months for Both the Bidder and the Company Directors Received Bids will be Evaluated on Responsiveness Based on Mandatory Requirements, Functionality with a Minimum Threshold of 70 Points, And Price and B-Bbee Status Level of Contribution in Accordance with the Criteria Stipulated on the Bid or Tender Documents in Line with the Provisions of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017.
