Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Professional Quantity Surveying Services for Makhazi Community Hall Bid documents will be available from the date of the briefing as indicated from the above table at Great Kei Local Municipality Budget and Treasury Cashiers- offices, 17 Main Street, Municipal Building, Qumrha, 4950 upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of R350.00 per document and R550.00 per document for Upgrading of Komga Bulk Electrical Infrastructure - Meter Replacement. Only Bank deposit will be accepted. All deposit must be paid to Great Kei Local Municipality bank account. There will be a compulsory Briefing Session for the above mentioned project and the venue will be Great Kei Local Municipality, Town Hall as per the above mentioned time and date. Project enquiries shall be directed to Ms. Z. Poto on tel. (043) 831 5759 & Mr M Mapasa for Upgrading of Komga Bulk Electrical Infrastructure - Meter Replacement during normal office hours (08h00-16h30), all bidding enquiries shall be directed to Ms.Y.Simayile during normal office hours (08:00-16h30) Completed bids and supporting documentation, placed in a sealed envelope clearly written on the outside as per the bid document: e.g. “BID NO: “TECH/MIG 01/2022/23, “Provision of Professional Civil Engineering Services for Icwili Phase 2 Internal Streets" documents must be placed in envelop and must be dropped in the marked bid box placed at the reception of the Great Kei Local Municipality offices at 17 Main Street, Municipal Building, Qumrha, 4950 not later than 11hQ0onthe dates as mentioned above, all the received bids will be opened in public.
