• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Management for High Risk. Closing Date: 06 March 2023 Bid documents must be deposited in the tender box marked “PROVISION OF HIGH-RISK SECURITY MANAGEMENT” located at the reception area at Adam Kok III Building, 75 Hope Street, Kokstad not later than 06 MARCH 2023 at 12h00. Bidders must attach the following mandatory returnable documents to be considered for this bid and must note the applicable conditions: • Price (s) quoted must be firm and must be inclusive of VAT • Copy of CSD (Central Supplier Database) summary report (not older than 3 months) • Copy of company registration documents (compulsory) • For Joint Venture Agreements, attach the CK-s of each of the joint venture members (if applicable) • Certified ID(s) copies of company director(s) • Copy of current municipal account for all Director/s and Company (not owing more than 3 months) or copy of lease agreement from the relevant authority if the director/s or company is leasing. If the business is operated from the residence of one of the Director/s, an original affidavit, certified, must be submitted stating the address of the premises. For any other arrangement that is not covered above, director/s must submit an original affidavit, certified clarifying the arrangement. All affidavits must be original affidavits, certified and must be from the SAPS. Affidavits must be signed by the company director/s. • Printed copy of SARS tax clearance certificate accompanied by a pin for further verification. • Completed and signed Municipal Bidding Document attached to the tender document. • Certified Copy of PSIRA Registration Certificate & letter of good standing which must not be older than two months. • Certified Copy of Security Bargaining Council Registration Certificate & letter of good standing which must not be older than two months. • Certified Copy of Security Medical Aid Fund Registration Certificate, certification must not be older than two months. • Certified copy of Registration with Private Security Sector Provident Fund & letter of good standing which must not be older than two months. • Certified copy of Certificate of Compliance with the Department of Labour for Unemployment Insurance Fund and letter of good standing which must not be older than two months. • Certified copy of Registration with COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries & Diseases Act) and letter of good standing which must not be older than two months. • Valid Certified copy of Proof of Registration with ICASA for radio communication or lease agreement together with the Service Providers ICASA Approval Certificate who is leasing out the communication devices. (Valid ICASA LICENSE) • Confirmation of cover / Valid Public Liability Insurance contract for the value R 5 000 000 valid at the time of closure. • Bidders must submit certified copies of Firearms License from SAPS and a confirmation print out from SAPS reflecting Firearms Licenced to the Service Provider, supported by covering letter indicating which Firearms can be used in the Greater Kokstad Municipality area of jurisdiction. The minimum number of firearms is 18 and must be a 9mm Pistol 9 X 19mm, failure to meet above criteria will lead to disqualification. • For Procurement above R10 Million, the tenderer must submit, if required by law to prepare annual financial statements for auditing, their audited annual financial statements: (a) for the past three years; or (b) since their establishment if established during the past three years. • If the tenderer is not required by law to prepare audited financial statements, then they must submit a Public Interest (PI) Score, whereby if the PI score is between 100 to 350 points, then the bidder must submit Independently Reviewed, Annual Financial Statements and if the PI Score is above 350 Bidders must Submit Audited Annual Financial Statements. • Evidence of a fully functional office with administration section & an active Radio Control Room. • Lease Agreement or Rates Statement to show existence of an office. • Page of the latest signed occurrence book of the control room.
