- The purpose of this ToR is to engage a qualified e-learning technology company to: Design and organize engaging and user-friendly online training modules using the content developed for the Integrated Maternal and Neonatal Care Guidelines, incorporating studio-equivalent voice-over recordings. Design and lay out an interactive ESMOE skills package, including the integration of videos. Ensure all online modules are developed to be compatible with Learning Management System specifications. Implement online self-rated (multiple choice) assessments with automated scoring and mechanisms for pre and post tests for certification upon completion of modules and skills exercises.
