  • Tenders are invited for Refurbishment of Rabali Stadium Change Rooms and Grandstand 1.MAIN STRUCTURE Roof Remove all roof covering sheets and replace by new Chromadek roof covering. 26.9m x6.0m Back cladding Remove the existing cladding and replace by the same Chromadek used roof 26.6mx 4m Structural columns Replace all seven 75x75x square tube on the front of the grandstand with 6.4 m IPE a 160x82 to support the roof. 6.4mΒ² On structure Fit all seven IPE 160x82mm columns on the base plate with a shoe bolted to the base plate on footings by means of u bolt. join the top of the column to the existing roof structure. Join by means of high yield fully galvanized bolt and nut. 07 Structural columns Remove and replace the rusted H steel column on the back side of the grandstand. Fit it on the base plate. weld it on the footing. Join it to the existing roof structure to the height of 5.8m from the ground with fully galvanized bolt and nuts. 5.8m Paint Paint: β€’ Prepare, prime all exposed steel and finish with: driest a tough, durable high gloss finish code (G6-A1-4) β€’ UV resistance pigments keep colour bright and superior weather resistance β€’ Suitable for interior and exterior surfaces in both coastal and inland environments. β€’ Ideal protective coating for doors, trim, garden furniture, gates fascia-s , pergolas, window and door frames β€’ lead free 26.9x6.0 STOREROOM ROOF Remove and replace the hypotenuse [sloped] roof under the grandstand by the same the same materials as used on grandstand roof. 4.80x3.45 2 Wall Paint Paint all external walls. 4.80 x 3.45 x 2 Wall Paint Paint all internal walls. 3.13 x4.58 Door Replace the 2.38x2.08 roll up door with the same type of door 01 ABLUTIONS ROOF Remove and replace the ablution roof with the same roof covering sheets used at the grandstand roof. 11.6m x7.7m Floor tile Use 420x420mm none-slip tiles Agrade 67.8 mΒ² Wall tile White ceramic wall tile 300 x600mm A-grade Use: Progrip superbond adhesive in all tilling work 88.52 mΒ² Paint internal Paint all area of change rooms. Roof 11.8m x7.7m External wall Prepare and paint 11.5 x 7.4 85.1MΒ² Window glasses Repair any broken glasses 06 Internal wall Prepare and paint 11.28 x7.18 80.9MΒ² Window frames Prepare and paint all window frames and door frames. 10 Internal doors Replace internal door and paint by: Pine z -braised door 01 External door Remove and replace external door by solid hard wood panel door (Miranti door) and 4year guarantee 4L locks. 01 Locks Replace all locks by 4year guarantee 4L locks 02 4 Security door Remove and replace security door by : new security door with two locks 01 VIP ABLUTION Roof Remove all roof covering sheets and replace by new Chromadek roof covering. 16.6 x8.8MΒ² Ceiling Replace asbestos ceiling 16.0m x7.8m External wall . FENCING FENCE Ground fence SOCCER GROUND A 108.9mx78.0m fence must be removed and re place with: Clearview fence 108.9m x78.0m x2.8m high Ball catch net Replace an 18.7x3.6 m high ball catch net with the same type of fence [new] behind the poles. 108.9mx78.0m x3.0m wide PAVE Around the ground Prepare the running track area by means of leveling and compaction. 60 mm interlocking paving brick with colour grey Pave 3.0m wide from fence all around the ground. 108.9mx78.0mx3.0m Under the grandstand Pave the entire ground area under the grandstand 60 mm interlocking paving brick with colour grey 26.9mx8.0m 5 Between ablution block and board room Pave whole area between ablution blocks and board room. 60 mm interlocking paving brick with colour grey Level and pave two meters front of the grandstand. All paving bricks must be 60mm interlocking pave blocks 7.7m x5.2m 2.0m x26.9m Water spray Replace all 11-water spray and clean all water supply pipes to the automated spray. 11 220 BRICK WALL Build a 108,9m x500mm high on the east side of the soccer ground to retain the flooded dirt. Trenches must be 600x600mm and reinforced with mild steel 250mpa. Build a 220-brick wall with stretcher bond with jointed face bricks both sides. roll up the last course with brick on edge. allow water holes every 10m to avoid erosion with the hole diameter of 110.let the wall be adjusted to the pave on the running tracks. 108.9x500m Electricity lace all dysfunctional bulbs around the building. β€’ Electrical contractor must have the following β€’ Be a qualified trades man (trade diploma) β€’ Must be register with DOL β€’ Be able to issue COC (Certificate of competency) Must complete annexure 4 from Electrical Department
