Tenders are invited for Renovation of Modderbee Water Pump Station. 1 MODDERBEE PUMP STATION 1.1. 1,1,1. Escavations and Concrete works Excavate by hand for a depth of 400mm x 600 wide m3 4 1.1.2. Supply and Place Y12 reinforcing steel 4 rows cage with R8 Stirrups at 400mm ctrs and ensure 50mm cover (around the cage) on both sides and bottom and top m 13 1.1.3. Supply and Cast 25Mpa/19 Ready mix concrete with the minimum width of 600mm and thickness of 250mm m3 1.8 1.2. Brick works 1.2.1. Supply and Lay clay stock bricks in stretcher bond with Class ii mortar for the foundation wall above concrete strip foundation. Foundation brick wall to protrude a minimum of 300mm above Natural Ground Level. 150 X 2mm Brickforce in every brick course. m2 7.2 1.2.2 Supply and Cast 80mm thick 25Mpa/19 Ready mix concrete floor slab for Security Guard house m2 5 1.2.3. Build 220mm superstructural wall in stretcher bond on 150mm DPC to a height of 3000mm to roof plate level complete with 2mm x 15mm galvanized Brick force every third brick course m2 33 1.2.4. Install steel door complete with frame and locking mechanism No 1 1.2.5. Install steel ND245F windows frames complete with 4mm clear glass putty sealed. No 2 1.2.6. Install 4mm enchor wires at 750mm centres enchored four courses into brick work Roll 1 1.2.7. Install 38 x 76mm timber wall plate m 15 Closing Date & Time: 25 August 2022 at 10:00am
