Jerusalem HospitalScope of Works:The renovation works will include but not limited to the following main tasks:Careful removal and dismantling of the exiting finishing materials.Civil works including block works, plastering, tiling and flooring, painting, wooden works, suspended ceiling, and metal works.Supply and install all needed mechanical works including HVAC, sprinklers, and drainage system. Supply and install all needed electrical systems including Smoke detection system, lighting system, surveillance cameras, queuing system, networking, electrical boards, etc.Furnishing including work stations, shelves, clean rooms, special cabinets and shelving for the stores and working areas and other regular furniture. -----IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
