Quotation are invited for Renovations at Vulindlela Standby Quarters. Advertisement Date: 12 December 2022 Closing Date: 19 December 2022 SCOPE OF WORK The scope of works cover  Remove existing rotten vinyl floor tiles, supply and install new ceramic floor tile 600 x 600 mm.  Take out and remove old rotten kitchen skim cupboard, supply and install new kitchen Cupboard  Replace kitchen double sink and sink tap mixer suitable for cold and hot water.  Take out and remove rotten window, supply and install new aluminium window 920 x 970mm  Replace all rotten wooden door,  Prepare the area and repaint walls, ceilings and roof  Take out, remove and replace broken roof ridge, badge board, fascia and ceiling board  Investigate and identify roof leaks, seal all leaks with roof sealer  Clean roof, using pressure washer machines.
