• Request for proposals are invited for Servicing and Maintenance of Cathexis Video Management Systems. UWC is inviting suitably qualified, competent and established CCTV Service Providers within the Western Cape Metropolitan area to submit proposals for the Servicing and Maintenance of Cathexis Video Management Systems (VMS) consisting of IP Cameras, NVRs, Storage Devices, Monitoring Equipment including Security Systems Software and Firmware, and Integration of other Systems such as Access Control, Fire Detection, Intruder Detection and IT Database systems at various UWC Properties on and off UWC Main Campus for a period of three (3) years. Service Providers must be PSIRA, Cathexis and Axis Certified and have two years relevant experience in Servicing and Maintenance in Cathexis VMS and Axis IP Cameras. CONTRACT DURATION The contract period is 3 (three) years. MANDATORY CRITERIA To be considered for this tender, service providers must meet the following criteria / submit the following information / copies of documents: Payment of Tender Fees of R575.00 (Incl. Vat) Fully Completed Pricing Schedule Attended the Compulsory Briefing Session Company Registration Certificates Valid Tax Clearance Certificate / PIN Valid BBBEE certificate or EME or QSE affidavit where applicable Latest Financials statement for 2 years not older than 2020 Public Liability (Min Value of R5m) Proof of a fully established and fully operational Office within the Western Cape Metropolitan area (e.g. Municipal bill, Lease Agreement, etc.) CV-s of Key personnel assigned to this tender in relation to operation and maintenance of CCTV equipment Contactable references: 5 Biggest Cathexis VMS contracts. Please clearly indicate whether work was completed in house or subcontracted. Provide the following information: Client, Project Value, Project Date, contact person, contact number and email addresses Proof of technical staff development/training register for duration of employment with your company Proof of PSIRA registration for both Company and Technical Staff Proof of Cathexis accreditation for both Company and Technical Staff Proof of Cathexis certification for both Company and Technical Staff Proof of Axis certification of the Technical Staff Signed Declaration of Interest Signed Anti-Collusion Declaration Details/Evidence of compliance with the above requirements must be provided as part of your tender submission.
