Description:
Tenders are invited for Structural Maintenance at Crawford Substation The scope of works cover  Clean ceiling board and wall that was burned by fire,  Repaint ceiling, walls and floor with a minimum 2 coat of paint.  Prepare the area with sanding paper and paint scraper before applying paint  Take out and remove existing broken double doors and window frames.  Supply and install new merante double door  Supply and installation of hot dipped galvanized window burglar bars, using metal sheet streched steel 6 x 3.3 x 0.5mm arcansas  Clean outside wall using high pressure washer  Safety standard procedures to be fallowed by contractor during and construction period. All employee to ware correct PPE, 2. CONTRACT PERIOD AND COMPLETION DATE The contract is valid for 2 weeks, which period shall include any statutory and builders holidays falling within this period. 3. PENALTIES FOR LATE COMPLETION A penalty of R500,00 per day shall be raised for every day or part thereof that the work remains incomplete after the date specified in clause 3 above Procurement Less than R200 000 (including vat)
