Supply and Delivery of Heavy Duty ( Industrial Lawnmower and Brush Cutter Machines) 1 Heavy duty Brush cutter machine 1. The two-stroke heavy duty brush cutter machine should have the powerful output of not less than 2.2 kW/29bhp 2. Engine Capacity must be 44.3 3. Displacement of the machine should be 44.3 cm3 with the weight of 8,4kg 4. The machine will be supplied with comfort harness/ carrying system 20 2. 2KG roll Nylon gut for grass cutting 40 3. SELF-PROPELLED LAWNMOWER MACHINE The lawnmower machines must be a SelfPropelled, 2-speed, Extra Heavy Duty Industrial Lawn Mower with the following features: Features: • GX390 11hp OHV 4-stroke oil cooled automatic low oil level protection. • 3 swing back blades on a 4mm disk - cutting width +- 83cm. • Solid rubber tyres • self-propelled Industrial lawnmowers machine must be designed and manufactured to cut large area-s of lawn, up to a maximum cutting area of around 10000 square meters. • Self-Propelled with 2 speed gearbox - low gear - 3.3 km/h and high gear - 6 km/h • Powder coated steel chassis with electroplated components • Front wheels must have Castor dual bearings, and rear wheels must have wide solid tyre with split rims • 12 to 75mm cutting height in 4 position settings • V- belt drive to gearbox and cutter drive • Simple belt drive system from engine to deck • Convenient removeable top cover to allows for easy access for maintenance • The unit must be tough and reliable • Front and Read tyres must have Solid rubber Powder coated steel chassis with galvanised components
