- Tenders are invited for Supply and Install Air Conditioners to Various Labs in Limpopo Supply and install 12 000 BTU Midwall split, heating and cooling air conditioner, must be inverter type using R410A refrigerant, install as per specification , air con type must be: LG, Carrier, York, Samsung, or Daiken Supply and install 30 amp single phase isolator at each air con wired from distribution board including 1 x 20 amp single phase circuit breakers, allow for cabling, trunking, bends and end caps, approximately 50 meters from distribution board Post or Deliver RFQs to : Please send a sealed quotation with the reference number and description on the envelope by hand or via courier to: Elizabeth Ntobeng, NHLS Reception, Building 23, Ground Floor, Csir Pretoria Campus, Meiring Naude Road, Brummeria, Pretoria Closing Date: 23 March 2023 Contact: Elizabeth.ntobeng@nhls.ac.za Tel: (012) 842 7603 Late submission will not be considered and will be disqualified. Valid Air Conditioner Trade Test Certificate 10.Valid Electrical Wireman-s license 11.pecify air conditioner trade 12.Curriculum Vitae of Project Manager that will be responsible for the project 13.Proof of address or lease agreement. 14.ID Copies of Director/ Members 1.1 the following Preference Point Systems are Applicable to Invitations to Tender: - the 80/20 System for Requirements with a Rand Value of up to r50 000 000 (All Applicable Taxes Included); And - the 90/10 System for Requirements with a Rand Value above r50 000 000 (All Applicable Taxes Included). 1.2 to be Completed by the Organ of State (Delete Whichever is not Applicable for this Tender). A) the Applicable Preference Point System for this Tender is the 90/10 Preference Point System. B) the Applicable Preference Point System for this Tender is the 80/20 Preference Point System. C) Either the 90/10 or 80/20 Preference Point System will be Applicable in this Tender. The Lowest/ Highest Acceptable Tender will be Used to Determine the Accurate System once Tenders are Received
