  • Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of One Rescue Boat with OBM and Trailer Rescue Boat QTY 1 The dimension of the Rescue boat and trailer should be as illustrated below, so that it can be housed in the rescue centre building of Dimension Length: 9 m Breadth: 3 m 80 Height : 2 m 67 1. Dimensions of Rescue Boat Overall length - 8 to 8.5 m 2. Dimensions of Rescue Boat Overall Beam : 3 m + or - 0.2 m 3. Dimensions of Rescue Boat Draft 0.5 m -0.7 m 4. Carrying capacity At least 12 -15 persons ( including the coxswain & observer) 5. Displacement Full load at least 6 Tons 6. Cruising Speed Fully loaded 30 - 35 Knots 7. Max Speed 35 Knots 8. Dead rise Angle Transom: At least 24 degrees Forward entry: At least 55Β° degrees. 9. Trim angle 1.5-2.5 degrees at max. speed; 10. Hull Deep Vee Mono Hull - using Multi - axial vinyl ester glass fibre. Fibre materials with three spray rails in each sides. 11. Hull At least two longitudinal and three transversal bulkheads (which absorbs the stresses in both direction) 12. Hull Materials - Vinyl ester Fibre 13. Hull Strakes- and β€˜Chine flat- on both sides of the hull. Its act as shock absorbers to cushion the motion of the hull and also to provide stability 14. Fenders Polyurethane foam filled fenders all-round the boat ( resistant and provide low frictional resistant) 15. Fenders Dimension of fenders approximately 300- 400 mm. material rubber & foam, resistant to climate condition 16. Fenders Colour : preferably orange 17. Fenders Mechanically fixed or bonded to fibre glass structures or other alternative easy for replacement in case of damaged. 18. Fenders Must be positioned fully above waterline level at rest 19. Console Forward console helm station comprising: windscreen throttle steering, switch panel, GPS, Sounder , engine starting /stopping 56 engine, oil pressure, main engine RPM, Battery voltage and other parameter which deem necessary. 20. Console An open type cabin with folding canopy 21. Console Protective windscreen to be fitted at the front 22. Console One Coxswain seat to be shock mitigation system. 23. Console One Observer seat behind coxswain seat ( Not alongside) 24. Deck Anti - Slip deck 25. Deck Self bailing 26. Deck Watertight bilge cover on deck bilge 27. Deck Colour Orange 28. Accessories Builder-s plate and craft identification to be fixed in conspicuous place. 29. Accessories Bow compartment for storage of Anchor with securing latch fitted with drain system. 30. Accessories Aft compartment for storage of battery latch fitted with drain system /water tight locker 31. Accessories Supply and fix 2 x 2.5 kg CO2 Fire extinguishers in conspicuous space for ready use in case of fire. 32. Accessories At least fitted with 3 or more lifting points taking into consideration full load of craft. 33. Accessories Bow securing eye ( stainless steel grade 316) - Must be strong enough for winching of craft 34. Accessories Provision for at least three bollard or other alternatives for securing craft 35. Accessories To provide one removable stainless steel grade( 316) or Aluminium ladder 36. β€˜3Accessories To supply stainless steel anchor complete with anchor line for this type of boat. The length of Anchor chain shall be at least three time of the boat length. 37. Accessories set of tools kit attached as per annex ( same to be supplied upon delivery) 38. Accessories Supply and fix two bollards at the AFT part of the craft boat tenable to tow 2 life raft of capacity 1300 kg each. 39. Canopy Fixing of foldable canopy made of stainless (316) 40. Canopy Material : Dralon colour Navy Blue 41. Canopy Stanchions, fitting , movable parts made of stainless steel ( 316) 42. Life raft Two life raft to be fitted on the board on stainless steel frame grade (316) one Starboard and one on Port side ( easy to launch at sea) 43. Life raft The capacity of the life raft should not more than 85 kg each 44. Life raft Should be made provision for at least 20 persons each 45. Life raft Should be as per solas B convention 46. Life raft Should be well secured on stainless steel frame and easy released at sea. 57 47. Propulsion Fitted with twin four stroke saltwater types OBMs of power rating between 115 - 150 HP as per recommended power for boat ( one normal and one counter rotation per boat) 48. Propulsion Heavy duty complete hydraulic steering system ( dual piston) with steering wheel and tie bar 49. Propulsion Independent gear and speed control level. 50. Propulsion Power tilt and trim 51. Propulsion Separate fuel lines and fuel water separators for each engine 52. Propulsion Supply with battery 100 Ah (Maintenance free) & batter cut off switch for each engine 53. Propulsion Fixed with digital multi-function gauges (i) tachometer, (ii) speedometer, (iii) water pressure and temperature meters, (iv) battery voltage meter (v) odometer, (vi) fuel management meter or combination 54. Propulsion Documentary evidence of OEM Authorization certification 59. Servicing and maintenance contract for OBMs, Electrical steering cable. First three servicing free of cost and all charges at the expense of the supplier 60. Servicing and maintenance contract for OBMs, Electrical steering cable. Maintenance Contract The bidder shall undertake to carry out servicing of the OBMs including their electrical parts, fuel and oil system and steering system as required/recommended by the OBMs manufacturer-s maintenance schedule for up to 1000 running hrs. incl. the first 3 free servicing. 61. Servicing and maintenance contract for OBMs, Electrical steering cable. Maintenance Contract Bidder shall specify the details and costs of each servicing up to 1000 running hrs. by filling in and submitting the Tables at Annex I and II respectively 62. Servicing and maintenance contract for OBMs, Electrical steering cable. Maintenance Contract Bidder shall indicate the cost of an intervention (labour and transport) to attend and rectify a defect/breakdown which is not otherwise covered under warranty in the MC. The value of the intervention shall remain unchanged for the duration of validity of the MC 63. Maintenance contract conditions Maintenance Contract :(MC) The bidder shall propose a maintenance contract (MC) with his bid which will be considered by AML. The latter reserves the right to make amendments to the proposed MC. 64. Maintenance contract conditions(MC) Both parties, bidder and customer shall sign the MC upon delivery of the item and bidder shall undertake to comply with the conditions of the MC throughout its valid period 65. Maintenance contract conditions(MC) The maintenance contract defines the responsibilities of the bidder and the customer with regards to the servicing and repairs of the 58 OBMs, including electrical parts, fuel and oil system and steering system. 66. Maintenance contract conditions(MC) The bidder shall include the conditions laid down by the Customer at Annex I and Annex II in the MC. Bidders may also propose amendments to the conditions of the customers, if any, which will be subject to the consideration and approval of the evaluation committee. 67. Maintenance contract conditions(MC) The details and costs of each servicing up to 1000 running hrs. are to be included in the MC. The MC shall also include the cost of an intervention (Labour and transport) to attend to defects or breakdowns which are not covered under warranty. 68. Maintenance contract conditions(MC) Local OEM representative in Mauritius for servicing & Maintenance. 69. Trailer One hot dip galvanized trailer or Aluminium trailer adopted for launching and removing of craft from sea up to distance of 35 - 40 Mts by winching mechanism 70. Trailer One heavy duty towing wheel at the front 71. Trailer The trailer to be made of dual torsion axle having at least four wheels to the rear to give a smooth ride when towing. 72. Trailer Heavy duty winch at the front must be of high torque and high efficiency to beach and launch the full loud of the craft 73. Trailer Polyurethane rollers or nylon busted roller for easy mounting of craft without marking the hull 74. Trailer All fasteners on the trailer to be stainless steel ( 316 or 301) 75. Trailer Heavy Duty tubeless tyres 76. Trailer Pin type at the front of hole Ø 77. Trailer To be supplied with two spare wheel ( one for rear wheel and one for front wheel) 78. Fuel Tank Either to supply with OBMS high density unbreakable , polyethylene fuel tank of capacity not less than 50 Lts with fuel hose and adaptor for the OBMs 79. Fuel Tank In addition two spares high density unbreakable polyethylene fuel tank of capacity not less 50 Lts to be supplied upon delivery 80. Fuel Tank Provision for securing the high density unbreakable polyethylene fuel tank on the craft ( one on Port and STBD side of the craft) 81. Fuel Tank Or Incorporate fuel tank made of Inox of capacity 300 - 400 LTS 82. Fuel Tank The tank will have suitable manhole filling point and ventilation on the deck 83. Fuel Tank To be equipped with drain plug and all connection from fuel tank to OBMs in regards to valves & piping to be of stainless steel and easily accessible for maintenance 84. Hatch cover If any Hatch cover found on deck same to be watertight and easy to open for inspection of bilge 85. Life Buoys Provide to fix two standard lifebuoys with heaving lines ( Solas approved) 59 86. Life Buoys The word β€˜AML Rescue Boat to be marked on both life buoys. Colour: Orange with fluorescent strap. 87. Life Jacket Provide Solas approved lifejackets with whistle for at least 15 persons. 88. Painting and preservation Colour schemes to be orange
