• Quotation are invited for Appointment of a Service Provider for Supply, Delivery, Decommissioning and Commissioning of Airconditioning Systems including Support and Maintenance at the Atns Aviation Training Academy Aircon Requirements: • Minimum Air-conditioning capacity 900 000 btu • Down blower Units • Two or Three independent units • Returned air must be visible on all air-conditioning units • Only R410 must be used in Air-conditioning Units • Supplied Units must be Inverter based • Air circulation must be maintained through units even if cooling is not performed by the individual units • Cooling and Heating will be required to maintain set point, automatic switching between Heating and Cooling as required • Water connections must have individual taps to isolate individual units if needed Control Panel Requirements: • Temperature and Humidity control must be supported • Temperature must be adjustable between 20 degrees and 28 degrees • Alarms must be clearly visible on Control panel • Temperature window must be adjustable, divergence from Set Temp • Return air must be clearly indicated Optional Centralized Controller: • Support all Control Panel Requirements • Must have ability to cycle units at an adjustable interval. • Automatically switch individual Airconditioning units in and out as required. Fresh Air Requirements: • Fresh air must be supplied into all three venues • Fresh Air must be disabled from Fire Suppression system Special Requirements Hotspot: • Hot Spot in Venue One needs to be addressed • 12 projectors will be mounted in proximity • Hot air from projectors will be blowing to center • Address by installing extra return ducting to Air-conditioning room with optional circulation motor if required in air-conditioning room Existing and new return ducting: • Old ducting to be checked for insolation • New ducting must be insulated • Extra ducting to be installed where required.
