Quotation are invited for Cooling Unit: Supply & Installation of Rooftop Package Air Conditioning. Cooling System: Supply & Install Roof Top Package Air Conditioning. Cooling Capacity: 22kw Heating Capacity: 26kw Power Source: 380 - 415 V Ac Refrigerant R410a Ip 24. Unit must be Installed as Key Turn Project including All Changes to be Done on Glasshouse Brick and Glass Work. Electrical Db: Supply & Install Electrical Isolating Switch at each Unit Ip65 Rating as a Rem. Preliminaries & General: The Tenderer shall Allow Whatever Cost He may Consider Necessary for Transporting of All Equipment, Travelling and Accommodation. The Tenderer must Allow for a Fixed Tender Price for the Duration of this Project Phase. The Tenderer shall Allow Whatever Cost He may Consider Necessary for a Qualified Project Manager, For the Duration of the Project on a 100% Time Related Basis. The Tenderer shall Allow for the following: (1. Full Site Ppe, Hvac Consultants at Site Meetings (Proper Reflective Jackets and Ventilated Hard Hats) and Storage Space for Ppe. 2. First Aid Box on Site 3. H&S File including All Appointments, Registers, Safe Work Procedures and Training Material.4. Risk Assessments 5. H&S Supervisor 6. H&S Representive 7. H&S Protective Clothing for Workers). 1 Year Guarantee Required from the Supplier.
