Description : The EU Delegation to South Africa requires TA to set up, manage and implement the “Enhancing Accountability” programme-s Capacity Building & Engagement Window.
The Capacity Building & Engagement Window will provide resources, support and opportunities for state and non-state actors to engage and collaborate to enhance participation, accountability and non-discrimination and transparency in the public and private sphere in South Africa.
The Window will make resources available for: (1) Exchange of Experiences; (2) Mobilisation of Experts; (3) Research and studies; (4) Training and capacity building activities incl short term exchanges; and (5) Conferences, seminars and workshops and related events.The Window will provide a platform for knowledge sharing, peer evaluation, thematic dialogues, and sector coordination and dialogue in a sustainable way.
The TA will be responsible for operationalising the Window, communication, visibility and outreach activities, monitoring and evaluation,
