Description:
Tenders are invited for Telecommunications Services for the Vulindlela Accommodation and Conference Centre (VACC) The requirements encompass the following service areas: Respondents are required to have relevant experience and knowledge in the networking and telecommunications industry. The proposed solution must include the following deliverable: a. Design and implementation telecommunications infrastructure; b. Service definition and development of a catalogues of services; c. Monitor, support, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure; d. Supply fibre to the home and business type services; e. Supply uncapped and metered managed internet services; f. Build and maintenance of outdoor wireless and masts/tower infrastructure for residents; g. Apply an expected shared revenue model in the provisioning of Internet Service Provider Service Lines; h. A dedicated platform for the management of services; i. The solution must cover all aspects of information security; and j. The solution must be compliant the applicable legislation. Expertise Required The services required are as follows: a. Planning, design and implementation; b. Service delivery and customer support; c. Telecommunications technical support and maintenance of the solution; d. Skills transfer to Coega representatives to perform 1st line support of the solution; and e. Invest in additional infrastructure required to implement and expand the solution
