• Quotation are invited for Training - Skills Programme Accredited Training Providers Who Meet the Criteria below may Respond with Quotations Ppavinq 2)Bricklavinq 1 )the Training must be Heavily Weighted on the Practical Component. 2) the Training must Include Formative and Summative Assessments. 3) after the Training is Successfully Completed the Learner must be Able to Demonstrate the Practical Skills of Being Able to do Paving and Bricklaying. 4)the Training must be Pitched at an nqf2 Level 5) the Tenderer must be Able to Provide the Necessary Tools and Equipment to Perform the Required Practical And Theoretical Training. The following Documents must be Submitted with each Quotation: 1) Relevant Accreditation Documentation that is Current and Valid. Nb. Failure to Clearly Highlight the Accreditation on the Documents that is Submitted will Result in Disqualification 2) Detailed Scope of How, when and What the Training and Assessment will Cover 1) Paving - the Candidate must Demonstrate All the Necessary Skills and Knowledge to Complete the Task Safely, Efficiently and Successfully to its Original State. 2) Basic Building Construction - the Candidate must Demonstrate the Skills and Knowledge to Complete the Task Safely, Efficiently and Successfully to its Original State - Examples of the Skills Required will be Building Valve Boxes with Brick and Block, Building Small Chambers, Kerbing Etc. 1.Provide your companies training protocol on how you will address Covid 19 during the training. 2.The tenderer must clearly indicate where this training will be taking place at. Failure to indicate will result in disqualification to this tender. NB. The training can take place at one of JWater-s sites, provided prior arrangements are made with operations and the tenders can get their tools and equipment to the site. These arrangements will be responsibility of the tenderer. 3.AII the necessary tools and equipment must be made available on site prior to the training. 1 .The training provider must submit attendance registers on the first day of the training and on the last day of the training when the course has been completed. 2.The training provider must provide all statement of results and certification to JWater after the course has been completed. 3.The price in the quotation must be in South African Currency The geographical location of the service provider must be within 30km traveling distance in the Johannesburg Metropolitan area if the training is going to take place at the tenderers site. Proof of adress in the form of a Municiple account or lease agreement, which is not older than 90 days must be submited with the tender.
