Request for proposals are invited for Travel and Accommodation Arrangement Services Bidders must attach the following mandatory returnable documents to be considered for this bid and must note the applicable conditions: • Printed copy of SARS tax a pin for further verification. • Certified ID(s) copies of company director(s) • Proof of company registration, (compulsory) - for Joint Ventures / Consortiums bidders must attach the CK-s of each of the Joint Venture/ Consortium members • Copy of current municipal account for all Director/s and Company (not owing more than 3 months) or copy of lease agreement from the relevant authority. If the business is operated from the residence of one of the Director/s, an original affidavit, certified, must be submitted stating the address of the premises preferably from your local SAPS office. • Completed and signed Municipal Bidding Document attached in the tender document. • Copy of CSD (Central Supplier Database) summary report
